(“Provider”)
Student:

An individual purchasing access to the Course (“Student”).
By paying for the Course or clicking “I agree”, the Student confirms acceptance of these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement.


  1. Course Description
    1.1. The Provider delivers an online educational program titled “VC Analytics Bootcamp: Learn to Evaluate Startups with AI” (“Course”).
    1.2. The Course includes online learning materials and may include live sessions, recorded sessions, assignments, mentorship, and community access, as described on the Course website.
    1.3. Access to the Course begins on the earlier of:
    (a) the date access credentials are provided, or
    (b) the date of the first live session.

  2. Price and Payment
    2.1. Course Price
    The standard price of the Course is USD 990.
    A discounted Early Bird price of USD 790 is available until January 25, 2026, as indicated at checkout.
    The Provider may offer promotional discounts or promo codes at its sole discretion.
    Such discounts may not be available to all Students and apply only if a valid promo code is entered at checkout.
    Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one discount may be applied per purchase.
    2.2. Payment Methods
    Payment may be made using credit or debit cards, bank transfer, or approved third-party installment or payment providers, as made available at checkout.
    2.3. Payment Completion and Access
    Access to the Course is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
    The Provider reserves the right to suspend or deny access if a payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed, refunded, or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.
    2.4. Final Price at Checkout
    The price displayed at checkout at the time of payment is final and binding.

  3. Start Date and Cohort Policy
    3.1. The Course is delivered in cohorts with a scheduled start date published on the Course website.
    3.2. Minimum cohort size.
    If fewer than five (5) Students are enrolled by the scheduled start date, the Provider reserves the right to postpone the Course start date.
    3.3. Maximum postponement period.
    Any postponement under clause 3.2 shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the originally announced start date.
    3.4. In case of postponement, the Student will be notified by email.
    If the Student does not agree with the new start date, they may request a full refund, regardless of clause 4.

  4. Refund Policy
    4.1. A full refund (100%) is available if requested within seven (7) calendar days from the Course start date (as defined in clause 1.3).
    4.2. Refund requests must be sent to bootcamp@vcscore.co and include:
    full name,
    email used for purchase,
    course name,
    payment date,
    subject line: “Refund Request”.
    4.3. After the 7-day refund period, all payments are non-refundable (0%).
    4.4. If the Course was purchased via an installment or loan provider, the Provider refunds only the amount actually received. Any interest or fees charged by third-party providers are governed by their terms.

  5. Access and Acceptable Use
    5.1. Course access is personal and non-transferable.
    5.2. The Student may not:
    share login credentials,
    resell or sublicense access,
    copy, record, distribute, or publish Course materials.
    5.3. The Provider may suspend or terminate access (without refund after day 7) if the Student:
    violates these Terms,
    disrupts the Course or community,
    engages in harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity.

  6. Intellectual Property
    6.1. All Course materials are the exclusive property of the Provider or its licensors.
    6.2. The Student is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
    6.3. Any reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

  7. No Guarantees and Disclaimers
    7.1. The Course is educational in nature and does not guarantee employment, income, investment results, internships, or specific outcomes.
    7.2. The Student is solely responsible for how the information is applied.

  8. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law:
    the Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Student for the Course within the last 12 months;
    the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  9. Data Protection
    9.1. The Provider processes personal data solely to deliver the Course, manage payments, and provide support.

  10. Changes to the Course
    10.1. The Provider may reasonably modify content, speakers, schedule, or platform to improve quality or for operational reasons, provided that the overall value of the Course is not materially reduced.

  11. Governing Law and Disputes
    11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
    11.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
